By downloading, installing, or using Whisper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Whisper is a privacy-focused messaging application that provides end-to-end encrypted communication. The App allows users to send text messages, share files, and make voice/video calls securely.
3. Account Registration
When you create an account with Whisper:
- You will receive a unique Whisper ID
- You will be provided with a 12-word recovery phrase
- You are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Whisper to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in spam or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SarjMobile and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarjMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
